Embracing the Chaos

And keeping our Velocity high in the midst of it all

Dr. Vil-Am Ben A‘Him, Co-director of YAHWEH Academy of Light

The world as well as our daily lives at times like this can feel overwhelming, chaotic and filled with stress. With conflict and suffering occurring around the globe, economic, political and perhaps personal challenges here at home, how is one to keep their balance?

Is there a way to maintain our peace when it seems all else is at war? Can we keep our vibration high and perhaps rise above the fray? Is it truly possible to be in this world but not of it?

Many saints and sages have said it was not only possible but it was our divine right, our inheritance, and our responsibility, if only we remember who we truly are.

I recently found a quote from the Talmud, (the ancient Jewish writings that form the basis of Jewish religious law) that said “We do not see things as they are but as we are”

That would mean then that all we see or better how we perceive what we see, is based more on who we are then the actual events. Let’s look at this again a little deeper. What is meant here by “who we are” Is it our nationality, our financial status our sex or other ways we compare or measure ourselves? Or is it perhaps more about our own personal energy, our vibration or how I prefer to say, our velocity. Are we vibrating at a higher velocity such that we actually rise above the drama with our view of it all from an elevated perspective and thus are not affected

Do we remember being in love, flat out smitten, head over heels in love? Well in that state, with our hearts wide open, we saw every thing through rose colored glasses our lover could do no wrong, all in the world was at peace and all we could see was just perfect.

Some would say that love such as this is blind, I however would suggest that perhaps Being Love such as this, allows us to vibrate at a higher frequency where we go beyond the judgments, fears and limitations that keep us mired in lower vibrational living. So besides falling in love how can we raise our velocity and keep it there?

We must work at this from two directions. First what kind of things can I do regularly to increase my energy or sustain what I already have? Second what am I doing, thinking or feeling, in my life that drains my juice (or as and old Tai Chi teacher once said “blow away my chi”). Many of the reasons we sabotage our energy reside in conscious and sub-conscious beliefs and concepts that we bought into the present from the past or concerns of what may transpire in the future. These are perceptions of a limited us, of our powerlessness, of fears and judgments, all that keep us from radiating the essence of who we are -love.

Remember the phrase “what we resist persists”. This pertains to all aspects of our lives both personal and global. If we fight and judge what is, what we bring is more fighting and judgment vibrations to the situation. Can we perhaps see our selves first being peace and love, knowing that all is in divine perfection and our task is to add only the highest of vibrations to the situation? This does not mean that we sit and do nothing. Only that our actions come from that deeper place connected to the divine plan and will be of the velocity to bring about true change helping add to the collective higher vibration of all.

As we keep our velocity high we see that our task is to be not reactors to all the chaos around, but rather transformers of energy. What ever vibration is brought into our sphere we are thus responsible for and are not to take it personal, rather to choose to help clear it of its density and transform it to a higher frequency.
